This was the first meeting of the Steering group following the Public Meeting held in Lady Margaret Hall that agreed a steering group should be formed and explore possibilities of Neighbourhood development with Welbeck Estates. The bulk of the meeting was about setting up its structure and allocating tasks.

This meeting was again about the structures and process. We also began to identify possible developments sites of various types.

Helen Metcalfe, the facilitator funded by Bassetlaw attended this meeting and introduced the group to the sets of rules and regulations that surround the development of a Neighbourhood Plan.

This meeting began to organise how the forthcoming consultation event should work.

This meeting was run by the facilitator, Helen Metcalfe,and was concerned with how best to focus on the tasks we have, and develop some idea of what we want to achieve. Out of this meeting came our vision statement

This was a general working meeting, up-dating several actions and tasks,reviewing public engagement processes, and planning third consultation event

The main area of discussion in this meeting was the possible areas for development, presented by Welbeck, in preparation for the up-coming Consultation Event
Discussion centred around details of the various sites identified for possible development and further development of website

This was a general working meeting with a number of issues discussed including: updates of Green Space issues; funding; draft layout of NP, and details of next consultation event

The professional Helen Metcalfe led this meeting which went through in detail the key issues of the NP process, clarifying each area to support her writing of the draft document

The two main ares discussed were the draft policies that were to be included in the plan, and Bassetlaw's initial assessments of the various sites put forward for development.

The whole meeting was devoted to discussing each development site, with particular reference to Bassetlaw's Assessments.

Issues discussed were the final Green Infrastructure report; responses from statutory consultees; ideas for projects that can be included in the plan; final arrangements for the community celebration event, and the date and plans for the public consultation on the draft plan.
